Fulcher has swag for days, and it shows in the effortless way he delivers a lyric. The Georgia native already has a Number One song to his credit: Luke Combs’ “When It Rains It Pours.” Fulcher co-wrote eight of the songs on Combs’ debut This One’s for You and will open for the Grammy nominee on the Beer Never Broke My Heart Tour this summer.
